The San Francisco Service.

Wellington, This day. In the House this afternoon, Sir Juliuß Vogel said he regretted that there was no chance of carrying out the San Francisco mail service with Auckland as the terminus, and tiiey were negotiating with regard to taking Sydney, Aupkland, and Honolulu, as the terminus, with separate services between fcUe lattep plape and San Francisco, and he hoped to be able to report to the House before the session was over, and get the sanction of Parliament as to what should be done.
