London, May 19 Italian Troops to Occupy Suakim

It is stated that negotiations are novr in progress between the Governments of Italy and Great Britian with a view to the occupation of Suakim by the former country, and that a number of the Italian troops have received charge to hold themselves in readiness for that service.

Caibo, May 19,

The withdrawal of British troops from the Upper Nile will be proceeded with immediately, and the first portion of the force will leave Dongola on Thursday, the 21st inst.
