: v Caibo, April 28. Withdrawal of the British Forces. In pursuance to instructions from the War Office, preparations are being made for the withdrawal of the British forces from the Soudan. (Received April 29, 12.45 p.m.) , . SuAKiM, April 28th, 7 p.m. The Marines embarked from this port to-day en route for England. It has been decided that the railway line shall only be proceeded with as far as Otao Wells, about 20 miles on the road to Berber.
