James Russell, a laborer, was found dead in Findlay's timber yard yesterday. He had been drinking heavily of late.
Port'Cbalmers, by.a small mnjority,has decided against the increase of publicans' licenses.

At the inquest on James Russell, a verdict of died from heart disease was returned.
