Pabis, April 3.
It is announced that General Bolanger, the French commandant at Tunis, haß been appointed to the supreme command of the forces at Tonquin, and will leave shortly for that country.
M. De Freycient has been unsuccessful in his endeavours to form a Ministry,
Paris, April 4.
It is considered doubtful if China will accept the terms of peace proposed by M. Ferry, as the negatiationa for a peaceful settlement commenced by M. Paternotre, the French Minister in China, were entirely of an informal character.
London, April 5. M. Brissonhas been summoned to form a new French Ministry.
