Flying Stakes llandioa? of lODsots., one mile.—Marion, 1; Taiaroa, 2; Nelson, 3. Eubina and Mokia also ran. There was an excellent race between Marion and Taiaroa, but the filly settled him a hucdred yards from home. Nelson had a 7lb penalty included in his Bst 91b for winning the Forbury Handicap. Tirbe, lmin. 45secs. Dividend, £4 10a.
The Consolation Race was won by Taiaroa.
£38,399 was put through tho totalisator at the Forbury meeting.
