The water was shallow, but he dived striking his head on the bottom. : Sir Julius Vogel arrived from Waiwera on Saturday, and addresses a meeting tomorrow night. The Bowing Association's regatta on Saturday was a complete fiasco. There were no competitors for four events, and the others were postponed in consequence of the roughness of the water.
