[Reuters Telegrams.] Reinforcements to Sail at once. Canadians to Replace them. Italy Ready to Help. London, February 9. A detachment of artillery has arrived atGubal. _ . - Three battalions of Guards are under orders to proceed to the Soudan, and will embark at Portsmouth for Suakim direct on Saturday next. It is stated that 600 men of the Canadian Militia are coming to England to do garrison duty in place of the troops being despatched to Egypt. Boue, February 9. The Italian Government hare decided that, if requested, assistance shall be afforded to England in their operations against the Mahdi. •
