THE SOUDAN.
Caiko, February 4.
Colonel Freomantlo, commanding the. troops at Suakim, telegraphs to headquarters that the officer commanding the force of Hussars and Egyptians which made a sortie on and burnt Handoub, exceeded his instructions.
London, February 5. Italy to Help England.
It is stated that an agreement has been concluded between the British and Italian Governments under which Italy will help England to establish a government in the Soudan, and will occupy Massowah and perhaps Suakim.
