The cargo of seven thousand carcases of frozen mutton from New Zealand, ex steamship Victory, has been landed in good order.
No confirmation has yet been received of the report that an Anglo-German Con* ference is to take place on the Pacific Annexation Question. London, January 25. Arrived, at Plymouth: The Lusitana, from Melbourne, Dec. 2. January 26. Reported Disclosures of Dynamiters. It is stated that Government (sic) have received a letter disclosing the plans of the dynamiters who effected the recent explosions, and indicating the members of the band. The London Press strongly appeals to America to enact vigorous measures against the dynamiters.
