Latest telegrams from Korti state that Colonel Stewart left Gakdul with the troops on Wednesday, and will arrive on Sunday at Metemneh. The JVaval Brigade, who were among the first detachment sent forward to Metemneh, have already proceeded to Khartoum in a slea nier provided by General Gordon.
