NELSON.
This day. The Motueka correspondent of The Colonist wires that I?. Bisley shot himself this morning. An inquest will be held at 3 p.m. His monetary affairs are believed to be in a bad state. The unfortunate man was head master of a Government school, and also secretary to the Foresters and Oddfellows' Lodges in this district. He leaves a wife and a large family.
