The English Advancing. Telegrams from Korti state that Col. Stewart has arrived at El Metemneb, on the Nile, and within a hundred miles of Khartoum. Colonel Stewart will at once open communication with Khartoum, but | no further advance will take place until General Earle has captured Berber and arrived with the troops at Metemneb. +.
