J^ast night. Determined Suicide.

A miner named Hugh Breggan, for some time engaged about the Welcome battery, was found hanging by the neck in his house on Thursday ttiopoipg last. Deceased slept in the battery house, but the motive is not known for the rash act. The suicide appeared to have been planned with deliberation, the rope having been well oiled to enßiire the JjDot slipping.
