The following are the Tieefton battery returns for the week ending 6th insfc. :— Welcome, 720oz<i amalgam, from 90 tons stone; Keep it Dark, 7OOozs amalgam, from 204 tons, and 4210zs retorted gold for three weeks ; Inglewood, 2380zs amalgam for nine days' crushing : Inkerman, 280ozs amalgam, from 250 torn; Globe, 1530zs amalgam. *W The Keep it-Dark Company hare declared a dividend (the 58th) of 1* per 20,CC3th share. Private information from the Bed Queen mine, Mokihinui, states that the new find continues to improve, the stone being so rich that it is deemed necessary to convey it to the battery in bags, instead of entrusting it to the ordinary shoots. In consequence of this news scrip has advanced in value.
