Flatt.—Claim, £5 13s, judgment summons.—Mr Miller ap< peared for the plaintiff, wi\o gave evidence to the effect that defendant had made overtures for payment, and was in a position to pay at least £1 per month.—Order made for the payment of 10s per week, or in default 14 days' imprisonment Same v. Kepa te Wharau.-«Claira, £5 4s, judgment summons.—Mr Miller for plaintiff.—The Clerk of the Court read a letter from defendant stating that he was willing to pay, but had been ill, and had sickness in his family. Ho forwarded £1 12s, all he could .spare,—Adjouyne^ for three montli^, J. Grigg 7. 5, OafiWOlaim, SI 17s 6d, price of a violin,—]?. Puckey deposed to ordering the violin for defendant, whose wife had admitted having received it.— Judgment for plaintiff with costs, 10s.
Adjoubned Cases. Jas. Wilson v. Hohepa H^ka^ro, Mears and Go, v. S^e, adjourned for a iqonth on the application of Mr Miller.— Grijrpr v. Paritt, adjourned for a forteight.
