Troops for Bechuanaland,
Colonel Warren, with a detachment of infantry, has been ordered to proceed to the Cape, for the purpose of restoring British authority in Ceeliimnaland. A Dynamiter Arrested. A Hungarian has been arrested at Liverpool, while landing . from a vessel called the Lotd Clive, with thirty packages of dynamite in his possession. London, October 15. Arrived : Ships Oronsay, from Lyttelton, July 6 ; and Alastor, from Auckland, July 8. Cairo, October 15. The Egyptian Government has decided to cancel the proclamation by which the suspension of the Cais^e de la Dette Public was announced on September 17th, and has ordered that the revenues assigned to the Cai&se shall continue to be paid as in the past, and the International Commission will therefore continue the control over the same as provided by the law of liquidation.
