This day. The Child Murdsr CaseThe child murder case is proceeding, the defence being that the prisoner accidenily smotbered her child. His Honor summed up rather adversely to the prisoner, and the jury is now considering their verdict. Latee. The jury found Eosina Emily Smith cuilty-of manslaughter, and the jury jvere discharged. The judge took time to consider his sentence.
