This day.
Numerous telegrams have been forwarded To day from town and country, denying the statement made by the Hon. Mr Waterhouse that the country settlers were opposed to the Napier Harbor. Bill. Some of the largest landholders in the district have telegraphed to members of the Legislative Council in contradiction of the statement.
