SAFE PRECAUTIONS.

SrE,—The Turua correspondent of the Advertiser is evidently one who is content to state partial truth and a large amonnt of untruth, and call such mixture reliable inTorroatiofl. As to. the Lapwing;—Oh the morning of the, 19th,; the Harbor Master reported officially, at the Harbor Board office; (hat the Lapwing ;was; in harbor from an Australian port, and would! proceed to Turua.
