Judge Fenton may be on his way hither from Auckland with a view to securiDg a seat in the Council, but his appearance here would hayo no political significance whatever, and is in, no way negotiated for by the.new Ministry. .: TJpotr'the House meeting this afternoon Sir Julius Vbgel will announce the formation of a Ministry, and Major Atkinson will ask for ah adjournment in the Lower House, and Mr Oliver will perform a similar duty in the Upper Chamber. The adjournment 'will probably be\ until Tuesday. In any case the real work of the session cannot be begun before Friday week. v
