The Houses of Parliament were pro* rogued shortly after 2 p.m. to-day by Commission, the Commissioners being Sir Wm. Fitzherbert (Speaker Legislative Council), SirG. Whitmore, and the Hons. R. Oliver, and Dr Grace. The formal prorogation was until July 24th.
