The Oriental Sank has given notice of appeal against the decision of Judge Molesworth requiring the local affairs of the Corporation to be wound up here, under the Companies' statute. In the Legislative Assembly last night, the debate on the Address in-Beply proceeded without further adjournment. Sydney, Yesterday: Still Another Victor/. The football match, Western Districts versus New Zealand, was played at Bathurst to day, and resulted in a sixth victory for the New Zealanders. The weather was showery throughout the day, and the ground heavy, owing to the recent rains. The local men were unable to oppose the visitors with any success, and the latter scored 11 points to their opponents nil, the first goal being kicked by Dumbell within twelve minutes from the commencement of the game. The play of the New Zealanders was very fast, and their style was much admired. Subsequently they were entertained at a banquet by the local club.
