This day.
In the Divorce Court, Jane Mary Stanislaus O'Kearney, petitions in a suit for a decree of nullity of her marriage with James Grattan Grey, reporter, of Wellington. The alleged grounds are physical malformation. Mr Shaw is counsel for the petitioner, and the case will be heard at the nest sittings of the Divorce Court.
