The annual meetings of the following companies were held in Auokland yesterday : — New Find.—The report states that the progress during the year has been satisfactory. The gross receipts amounted to £6,410 11s lid, and of that sum £5,743 Isa'sd was received for gold obtained from 1489 tons of quarlz, which enabled the directors to declare dividends to the extent of 2a per share, equal to £1980. The mine manager's report deals bo encouragingly with the prospects of the mine that they must be considered satisfactory. „. . :■ - ..■- ■ •,. - ■',■'. . ■ . „, . Pbbmibb.—-The report regrets that operations have nob been so successful as expected, but anticipates that further development will lead to the discovery- of payable quartz. The receipts for the year, inclusive of the balance of £57 193 3d from the last audit, and £1700 Is 2d derived from gold, proceeds from 793 1«3 tons of quartz, amount to £2315 lls lid, and the expenditure to £2275' 12s. The assets, exclusive of uncalled culled capital,-are in excess of liabilities by £49 0b lOd. ,
