IN BANKRUPTCY,
(Before His Honor H. G. Seth Smith, District Judge.) IN BE FBEDEBICK SNOWLINO. This was an application for discharge. The Backrapt, for whom Mr Lush ap* peared, was sworn, and stated that he had surrendered all bis property to his creditors, had received no notice of the intention of any of his creditors to oppose the granting of his discharge. The application was granted. IN BE SHEBLOCK BROS. Mr Miller appeared in support of an application for discharge, hut the consideration of it was deferred until the next Court Day.
IN BE 0. H. TONGE.
This was a case of application for order of adjudication, made on the Bankrupt's behalf by Mr Miller.
The order was made, and the public examination of the debtor fixed for the next Court day.
IN BE THOMAS CALDWJBLL.
This case was adjourned from the last sitting for the purpose of allowing a case to be stated for the consideration of the Court regarding a bill of sale given by the debtor to Messrs Can 1 and Sea, Te Aroha.
