♦ -A'7 l .. - Eueeka.—The manager report! thtt the quartz in the reef resembles that in New Find. It has mineralised streaks, with gold showing through them, and will crush well.
Colonist.—The manager, writing under March 17, reports that since the 4th inst. he has crushed 159 trucks and obtained 5630zs IQdwts hot water amalgam. The quartz is not as good as that crushed last month, but he expects it to improve. Peemieb.—The manager reports that the quartz crushr i during the past month has not shaped payable, but during the past two days it has improved.
