WANGANUI.
This day,
At the inquest held to-day into the death of James Brown, who was found dead in his house yesterday, a verdict was returned that death was caused by apoplexy, brought on by excessive drinking. An account for beer was produced, showing that in two months 160 gallons of beer had been delivered to him.
