WHARF LAMPS.

(To the Editor of the I vening Star.) SiE.—lt's really disgraceful when we have lamps on the wharf, that when a steamer leaves at midnight, with a wharf in a very rotten sfcafa, there are no lights, although the lamps are there.—We are., &c, John Osboene, C.
