This day.
Hodge and Jones' saddlers' shop was totally destroyed by fire at noon to-day. It burned very rapidly,, and a little stock was saved. The origin of the fire is unknown. Insurances—On the building, £150 in the National Co.; stock, £9CO in the North British (partly reinsured), and £350 in the Victoria.
