WHANGAREI RACES.

Whangaeei, This day. The races here*on Friday and Saturday are. expected to be the best yet held putside Auckland, in the provincial district. Forty«two nominations have been received from Auckland alone. The new grand stand is being built on the racecourse at Kensington, and the people are coming in from the country districts for the races.
