Auckland, Yesterday.
The City of Sydney, Capt. Seabury, arrived from San Francisco-shortly after 10 o'clock. Her paasengers for Auck* land are—Major Cantley, Mrs Morrison and two children, Mr and Mrs Smee, Mr and Mrs J. Studbolme, Mr and Mrs Tyrell, Mir -and Mrs Savage; Messrs F. D. Buckland, Joseph Banks, J. Grigg, A. Ehodes, F. Nichols, and E. Palairet. For Sydney there are 58 passengers, among whom are General Howell and General Howell and Lieut. Oacred.
