A meeting of members of the Irish National League took place in Dublin yesterday, when Mr Parnell received a tribute from the various branches of the League to the amount of £38,000. In the course of his address to the meeting, Mr Parnell made a bitter and vehement attack,upon Earl Spencer, the Viceroy of Ireland, and Mr Trevelyan, Chief-Secretary for Ireland. Mr Parnell, however, expressed his fullest confidence in the ultimate success of the cause.
