The Annexation Conference at Sydney.

Sydney, Saturday. The session of the Intercolonial Convention closed at noon to-day. Most of the delegates leave Sydney this afternoon. At the final meeting this morning, Sir George dcs Vceux's motion for preventing the unrestricted purchase of land in New Guinea and the Pacific Islands was adopted, and a resolution proposed by Mr Whitaker that criminals should be prohibited from landing in the Australasian colonies was also carried.
