The Annexation Conference at Sydney.

Sydney, Yesterday.
At the meeting of the Conference today, a draft of an Imperial Bill for denning the constitution and functions of the proposed Australian Federal Council was under consideration, and occupied the whole afternoon. The first seven clauses of the bill was disposed of, and the meeting then adjourned.
