Ohinemuri Goldfield.
(FEOM OTJE OWN COBREBPONIWBNT.). ft Paeboa, This day. < Ivanhoe.G.M. Co.-?-In this company's mine the low level tunnel is in a distance of 76" feet, and No. 1 reef ought to be in hand in another 15 feet of driving. The horse grade and self acting sections of tramway connecting this mine with the Hauraki battery are complete in every particular, and the manager is now en* gaged in preparing material for construction of break, &c. The mishap-to the Hauraki company's tramway will not interfere with the continuance of operations in this mine, because the manager completed yesterday a wire suspension foot bridge over the Waitawheta river, which will meet all present requirements. Those who are sceptical respecting' the future of this district should visit the winze that is being sunk beneath the Hauraki low level, as well as the'scene of operations at the Golden Crown Co.'s mine, where some splendid stone is now being broken out.
