[Received November 7, 3 p.m.] London, Nov. 6 (evening). A disastrous fire occurred at Kingsland, North of London, resulting in the destruction cf twelve houses and their contents. The failure is announced to-day of Hemplead Bros., engineers, Grantham, Lincolnshire. The liabilities are estimated at £200,000. Several insolvencies have also occurred in Birmingham, the liabilities being set down at a total of fully £158,000. • '. [Received Nov. 7, 12.40 p.m]^ Belgrade (Servia), Nov. 5. Intelligence is to hand from Scernareka that the Insurrectionists are in considerable force, and occupy a strong strategical position. A body of troops despatched against them has, it is reported, been dispersed by the rebels after a brief engagement. Belgbade, Nov. 6.
