Ivish Convention. _ The Irish Convention opened its sittings here to-day; Dr O'Doherty, of Queensland, presides. A hundred and fifty delegates from the various colonies attended.
[Received Nov.' 7, 2.15 p.m]. MEtBOtTENE. This day. The Melbourne Steamship Company's steamer Rodondo, bound from this port to Sydney struck pn the Lonsdale reef last night, but got off safely, and has been beached. All the passengers and crew were landed safely.
[Received Nov. 7, 3 p.m.] Albany, This day. Arrived, this morning: The P. and 0. steamship Indus, with the Suez mails, which left London on the sth Oct.
