Fresh arrangements in the Ministry regarding portfolios will be made at an early date, in consequence of the death of the Minister of Justice. It is probable that the Hon. D. Gillies, Minister of Railways, will also take the portfolio of Public "Works.

It is announced that Mr Service (the Premier), MrKerferd (Attorney' General), and Mr Graham Berrp (Chief Secretary) will proceed to Sydney as delegates to the Intercolonial Conference. ,
