This day. The Jasper from Mauritius is at the .Heads; also the Westland from London with immigrants. The Eefrigerating Coy. has received the following cablegram: " The British King's meat is turning out in very good order, and is realising an average of sixpence per pound. The market has a declining tendency." The Westland is bound for Wellington. She passed the Heads at five o'clock yesterday afternoon.
