The last 4|ft of the reef passed through is a mass of veins and stringers, in which strong colors and dabs of gold have been freely seen, and a few picked stone have also been bagged, while the quarts: carries excellent minerals. Crushing was started to day at the company's 13-head battery, and the manager expects to be able to keep the mill running one shift per day with ease, and perhaps two shortly. There are about 40 loads of quartz on hand. GOLD EETUENS.
