London, September 18. " Consols have further advanced to IOOf. Markets—Colonial breadstuff's ; tallow without any quotable change since yesterday. At the wool sale _ to-day, 92,000 bales were offered; no material change was experienced, but the market is, if anything, weaker, fleece and scoured wools are now one halfpenny lower than at the close of last auction. News has been received from the west coast of Africa that tribal hostilities have again broken out in Asbantee.
