This day. Capt. Bendell, Secretary to the Underwriters' Association, wires from Waitara: —-"Launched the ketch Falcon yesterday morning, but in heaving her off through the surf the anchors came home, and the vessel came on to the beach again. Still in hopes of getting her off to-morrow."
