This day. The old Independent Chapel and parsonage at Hamilton, the property of the Key. H» Davis, was burnt yesterday. Most of the furniture was saved ; it was insured in. the New Zealand Company for £60; J. W. Watter, shipowner, is endeavoring to make arrangements with his creditors; his liabilities are set down at £22,441^38618 £8889.
