This day. It-was recently ■announced that a lady, had 'given £1000 for the purpose ©f a female Reformatory, and that one of the trustees of the property held it in trust for the object of such an Institution..- He states that he is not aware that such a. donation has been made, nor has he received any official communication relating thereto.
