(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., E.M.) CIVIL SIDE. Townsend v. Emmett.—Claim, £3 7s 9d for goods sold. Judgment for amount and costs, 7s. McCaul v. Buck.—Claim £7 19*, goods sold. Judgment for amount and costs. Judgement Summons. Donnelly v. Dillon.—The paintiff sued for the half of a judgment obtained against him and the defendant by Mr H. E. Campbell, which Donnelly had to pay and for which he obtained a judgment against Dillon. The defendant had finished a contract for fencing the hot springs at Te Aroha, and has always been in work, he was in a position to pay the amount recovered. An application had been made by Dillon to have his cvi« dence taken at Te Aroha, and the case was adjourned until the 31st August to enable this to be d O n e . '
