Yesterday.
At the Supreme Court Harry Jackson, for shooting at John Deans, was sentenced to 14 years' penal servitude ; James Hen retty, for horse stealing, sentence de* ferred. The bills against Francis Biggs, for larceny ; Harriet Downey, for arson ; and Chas. E. Dudley, for embezzlement, were thrown out by the Grand Jury.
