r At the Supreme Court this morning, Mr Justice Johnson had three cases only in the criminal Hat—one for arson, one attempted rape* and one for placing stones on the railway line. His Honor congratulated the Grand Jury on the paucity of cases. True bills were returned in ail the cases. B. Innes, for wilfully burning a grass stack at the Levels Station, was sentenced to three years penal servitude.
