NEW PLYMOUTH.
This day. The Bridge Hotel at Waitara wag burnt down between two and three o'clock this morning. Lates Tutty, the proprietor, had recently sold his lease to Prosser, late of Hawera, and was to hare handed over the premises to-day. Tatty had, however, moved ont of the hotel with his family on Saturday, and Prosser was in the house. The only insurance is £300 in the New Zealand office on the building, which is owned by Brooking.
