The official agricultural statistics of Victoria for the past season have been published; The returns regarding wheat have been anticipated, while oats show an increase of 829,000 bushels, and barley a decrease of 170,000 bushels. -Telegrams are to hand announcing that the barque Weymouth, bound from Boston to Port Chalmers has put into the Cape; -her pumps were choked, and required repairing. Sydney, Yesterday. The legislative Council has passed a bill for legalising the use of steam motors on tramways, with certain amendments, which have been accepted by the As* sembly. Later. In the Legislative Assembly to-night the Tramway Bill was finally agreed to as amended, and passed. The House was subsequently counted out, and the extraordinary session terminated.
